Mantec is not tied in with any support software tool or company and will use whatever support platform you the customer wants. We have knowledge and experience of a wide number of support services tools and will be happy to recommend based on your size and requirements. We are familiar with the following platforms but if you prefer something else we can train our agents in that and implement it for you.
